Open Windows Mail
select Tools -> Accounts

Note: if you perfer to use IMAP rather than POP3 substitute
imap.mailanyone.net in place of pop.mailanyone.net in all cases below
Which should I Use?

Click on the Add button.

Select E-mail Account and click Next.

Type in your name as you wish it to appear on outgoing messages and then click Next.

Type your email address and then click Next.

Enter mailanyone's server information.
Incoming e-mail server type: POP3
Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server: pop.mailanyone.net
Outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) name: smtp.mailanyone.net
Check in the box next to "Outgoing server requires authentication" then click Next.

Enter your mailanyone username where you are prompted to enter e-mail username.
Enter your mailanyone password below where you entered your username.
Click Next and Finish.

You should be in the Internet Accounts option now.  Click on your account and then click on the Properties button.

Click on the Advanced tab.
Change the Outgoing mail (SMTP) number from 25 to 2500.

25 is default when you setup your account on your computer.  You only need to change this if you connect to the Internet through SWBell or ATT or otherwise cannot send mail

Click OK, then Close.
Your account setup is complete!
