Open Outlook
go to Tools -> Email Accounts
Note: if you perfer to use IMAP rather than POP3 substitute
imap.mailanyone.net in place of pop.mailanyone.net in all cases below. Which should I Use?

Select "Add a new e-mail account" and then click Next.

Select POP as your server type and click Next.

Your Name: Enter your name as you want it to appear on outgoing messages.
E-mail Address: Enter your email address.
Incoming mail server: pop.mailanyone.net
Outgoing mail server: smtp.mailanyone.net
User name: Enter your email address
Password: Enter your password.
Leave "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" unchecked and click "More Settings".

Click on the Outgoing Server tab and check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication."
Click OK.

Click on the Advanced change and change your outgoing (SMTP) port from 25 to 2500.

25 is default when you setup your account on your computer. You only need to change this if you connect to the Internet through SWBell or ATT or otherwise cannot send mail
Click OK to finish your setup.
Click Next and then Finish to complete setup.
